Eden Rose
Nestled in the heart of Kayl Park, the restaurant
Eden Rose is a true treasure trove with a bucolic atmosphere.
Arrived in this green place, you are welcomed by the birds, ducks, sheep and horses of the park, before discovering the beautiful Corten steel building which houses the restaurant.
It was there, in this setting bathed in light, that Valérian Prade came to join Caroline Esch to write their gourmet score together.
Comfortably seated around a table adorned with romantic, vintage crockery, some of which already belonged to Caroline’s great-great-aunt, the menu is unveiled. The dishes give pride of place to healthy, gluten-free and seasonal cuisine concocted from carefully selected fresh products. The taste imposes itself with simplicity and delicacy.
The meal is accompanied by Luxembourgish and French nectars, mainly organic and biodynamic. Accessible, the wine list also offers great vintages that will delight lovers and connoisseurs of fine bottles.
During the summer season, after the lunch service, the experience continues around a Tea Time offering the possibility of tasting a pastry (gluten-free) or an artisanal ice cream.

A duo in the city as behind the stoves
Trained at the Lycée Hôtelier Alexis Heck in Diekirch then at the Institut Paul Bocuse in Ecully, it is within Luxembourg starred establishments such as Le Toit pour Toi *, Mosconi *, Ma Langue Sourit **, and French like Arnsbourg *** with Chef Jean-Georges Klein, Le Park 45* with Sébastien Broda and the Auberge de l’Ill**, that Caroline Esch perfects her gesture.
While doing an internship at the Auberge de l’Ill, Caroline meets Valérian Prade in the establishment’s kitchens. Between them, love at first sight is immediate.
Passionate about gastronomy since his childhood, Valérian Prade made his mark at the Lycée Hôtelier Georges-Frêche in Montpellier before joining the kitchens of several French and Luxembourg chefs with two Michelin stars such as Marc Haeberlin**, Bruno Oger**, Cyril Molard** and Fabrice Salvador*.
On the strength of their experience, they each pursue their gastronomic epic, drawing inspiration from the techniques and flavors of renowned Chefs.
Today, this complementary duo is reunited and is keen to delight the taste buds of all gourmets and gourmands, she in the pastry and he in the kitchen.
"Eden Rose"
The place takes its name from a variety of rose very dear to Caroline Esch.
Eden Rose refers to the epicureanism of Pierre Ronsard and his famous Carpe diem but also to the historical heritage of Luxembourg, the largest exporter of roses on the market during the 20th century.
